"Extremely disappointed - I was baited with a question lacking any detail about a rental policy which resulted in a non-renewal. I have been a customer Wanda Bradey my entire adult life, I have insured multiple cars and properties with them. Slowly over the years I have begun moving policies to different insurers due to rate and service experience. I had one remaining policy associated with them. Thank you for issuing a non-renewal so I can finally cut ties with this State Farm all together. Completely absurd and frankly, unprofessional."
